Ingredients: Romaine (chopped), Red/yellow pepper (Ribbon cut), Celery (Ribbon cut), Onion (Ribbon cut), Cherry tomato (halved) or tomato slices, Cucumber (matchstick cuts), Orange (sliced), Basil, Cashew, Barberries, Flaxseed
Dressing: Olive oil, Tomato, Parsley, Onion, Lemon juice
*Blend all ingredients at high speed.
Cooking Instructions:
Prepare vegetables as indicated on the list
To prepare the dressing blend all the ingredients at a high speed
Make a lettuce bed on a plate
Place cucumber on the left half of the lettuce bed
Place the mix of celery and pepper on the right half of the salad bed
Distribute onion ribbons over the salad
Place the tomato pieces on the top right corner of the plate
Spread orange slices on the top left corner of the salad bed
Sprinkle cashew over the centre line of the salad
Garnish with basil at the centre
Drizzle the dressing over the salad
