    Lima Bean Salad

    1) Soak lima beans overnight, then cook the next day.

    2) Steam kale and spinach.

    3) Steam broccoli and snap peas.

    4) Arrange everything on a plate.

    5) Add marinated artichoke on top.

    6) Add an assortment of nuts and seeds.

    7) Drizzle with cashew sauce*.


    *Spicy Cashew Sauce

    -cashew

    -nutritional yeast

    -lemon juice

    -cayenne

    -sea salt

    -water


    1) Combine all ingredients and blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes.
