    Spring Quinoa

    Ingredients: White quinoa, Raisins, Spring mix, White sesame oil, Salmon seasoning, Sea salt, Pecan, Hemp seeds, Goji berries


    Cooking Instructions:

    1. Cook quinoa (1:1 with water)

    2. While the quinoa is still warm add the raisins, pecan, sesame oil, salmon seasoning and sea salt and mix well.

    3. Put spring mix on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

    4. Add quinoa on top of the spring mix.

    5. Top with hemp seeds and goji berries.
