Ingredients: Tiger Soy Beans, Fermented Ramen Noodles, White Sesame Seed Oil, Fermented Soy Sauce, Ginger Powder, Mushroom Flavor Enhancer, Pink Himalayan Salt, Cucumber, Nori, Romaine Lettuce, Green Cabbage, Tomato, Red Bell Pepper, Goji Berries
Soak the soy beans in water overnight, then cook.
Blend the cooked soy beans with water to make the base for the ramen soup broth.
In a wok add the soy broth, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger powder, salt, mushroom flavor enhancer, cabbage, tomato and extra water if needed, and bring to boil.
To the boiling soup add the noodles and cook.
Once the noodles are done, transfer everything into a bowl and add the romaine, peppers, cucumber, nori and goji berries.
Serve and enjoy!
