    Quinoa Salad

    Ingredients: Mixed Quinoa, Apple, Red Bell Pepper, Basil, Coconut Oil, Pink Himalayan Salt


    Cooking Instructions:

    1. Cook quinoa (1:1 with water)

    2. Dice the apple, pepper and basil.

    3. Add all the ingredients to the cooked quinoa while still warm and mix well.
