    Potato Salad

    Ingredients: Potato, Egg, Carrot, Vegenaise ®,  Lemon juice

    Toppings: Almond slices, Raisins


    Cooking Instructions:

    1. Wash potatoes, eggs. and carrot very well.

    2. Put potatoes, eggs, and carrot into a rice cooker pot.

    3. Steam in a rice cooker.

    4. Turn off the cooker. Let the ingredients cool down for a few minutes.

    5. Deshell the eggs.

    6. Add potatoes, carrots, eggs, lemon juice and Vegenaise ® into a bowl. Mash thoroughly.

    7. Transfer the mashed mixture to a plate.

    8. Top with almond slices and raisins.
