Ingredients: Potato, Egg, Carrot, Vegenaise ®, Lemon juice
Toppings: Almond slices, Raisins
Cooking Instructions:
Wash potatoes, eggs. and carrot very well.
Put potatoes, eggs, and carrot into a rice cooker pot.
Steam in a rice cooker.
Turn off the cooker. Let the ingredients cool down for a few minutes.
Deshell the eggs.
Add potatoes, carrots, eggs, lemon juice and Vegenaise ® into a bowl. Mash thoroughly.
Transfer the mashed mixture to a plate.
Top with almond slices and raisins.
