Multi-nutrient Fermented Noodles

Ingredients: Dried noodle, Spring mix or spinach, Sliced Onion, Shredded Red cabbage, Garlic (minced), Garlic salt, Pink Himalayan salt, Mushroom flavour enhancer, Soy sauce

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Bring the water to a boil, and cook the noodles for 5 mins

  2. Slice and chop all vegetables

  3. Immediately transfer the noodles into ice cold water to stop the noodles from overcooking

  4. Drain the noodles very well

  5. Add drained noodle, all the prepared ingredients, and condiments, into a bowl. Mix well.
