Mediterranean Salad

Ingredients: Farro (Emmer), Garbanzo beans (chickpeas), Diced Zucchini, Grape/cherry tomatoes, Parsley,Basil, Mint

Dressing: Olive oil, Lemon juice, Tahini, Dill, Salt, Ground black pepper


Cooking Instructions:

  1. Soak garbanzo beans overnight, then cook. Cook Farro(1:1 with water)

  2. Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
