Marinated Tofu

Ingredients: Extra-firm Tofu, White Sesame Seed Oil, Fermented Soy Sauce, Ginger Powder, Black Pepper, Bitter Tea Oil


  1. In a bowl mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger powder and black pepper.

  2. Slice the tofu and add it into the bowl making sure all the slices are covered well.

  3. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Arrange the tofu slices on a baking tray and add a little bit of bitter tea oil on top.

  5. Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
