Ingredients: Tempeh, Olive Oil, Fermented Soy Sauce, Oregano
Cooking Instructions:
Slice the tempeh and bake at 160 C for 15 minutes.
In a mixing bowl combine the rest of the ingredients, then add the baked tempeh and mix so the tempeh is well covered with the marinate.
Serve as a side dish or add to salads, noodles or rice!
