Ingredients: Mixed lentils, Potato, Carrot, Paprika, Bay leaf, Garlic salt, Onion powder, Black pepper, Olive oil, Coriander, Rosemary, Pine nuts, Lemon juice
Dice carrot and potato.
Put lentils, carrot and potato, olive oil and spices in a pot with boiling water and cook for 40 minutes or until everything is soft.
Add lemon juice and turn off the heat.
When serving, add pine nuts into the bowl.
