Keto Oat(less)meal

Ingredients: Coconut milk, Hemp hearts, Chia seeds

Note: The ratio of hemp to chia is 2:1

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a large jar, add coconut milk, then gradually add hemp hearts and chia seeds (add a small amount followed by stirring).

  2. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or overnight

  3. If desired, warn up before serving.
