Ingredients: Charcoal Noodles, Green Beans, Red Cabbage, Cucumber, marinated Tofu ( see our "Marinated Tofu recipe for reference), Goji Berries, Hemp Seeds, Fermented Soy Sauce, Bitter Tea Oil, Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Ginger Powder
Cook the noodles, then drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.
Stir-fry the cabbage and green beans with olive oil, ginger powder, salt and pepper.
Add soy sauce and bitter tea oil to the noodles and mix.
Put the noodles and stir-fried veggies on a plate. Top with cucumber, goji berries, hemp seeds and tofu.
Serve and enjoy!
