Ingredients: Fermented Noodle, Soy sauce, White sesame oil, Red cabbage, Celery, Zucchini, Water, Shredded nori, Chili Pepper
1. Bring water into a boil in a wok.
2. Upon boiling add classic fermented noodle and cook.
3. Drain the water, add the vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add the sauce, then stir for another one minute.
4. Top with chilli pepper and nori and serve.
