Classic Fermented Noodles

Ingredients: Dried white noodles, Lettuce or spring mix, Diced Bell pepper, Chia seed, Soy sauce, White sesame oil

Cooking Instructions:

1. Bring the water to a boil, and cook the noodles for 3 mins

2.Immediately transfer the noodles into ice cold water to stop the noodles from overcooking

3. Drain the noodles very well and air dry for 15 minutes

4. Put noodles on a plate, place lettuce and pepper on the top of noodle, sprinkle with chia seeds

5. Put the soy sauce and sesame oil in a small cup and place it on the side
