    Baked Salad

    Ingredients: Yam, Sweet potato, Carrot, Zucchini, Salt, Black pepper, Vegetable seasoning, Olive oil, Coconut oil


    Cooking Instructions:

    1. Cut all veggies.

    2. Preheat the oven at 250°C

    3. Line two baking pans with parchment paper or foil

    4. Add an equal amount of yam, sweet potato, zucchini and carrot into a pan.

    5. Add salt, pepper, vegetable seasoning, olive oil and coconut oil

    6. Bake for 15 minutes at 190°C.

    7. Let cool for 15 minutes and serve.
