    Autum Detox Soup

    Ingredients: Carrot, Potato, Daikon (can be substituted for cucumber), Burdock Root, Sun-dried Shiitake mushrooms, Black peppercorns, White sesame oil, Ginger powder, Sea salt


    Cooking Instructions:

    1. Chop all vegetables.

    2. Add all the ingredients to a pot of boiling water.

    3. Cook on medium heat for about 40 minutes.

    *If using cucumber, add at the end when the rest of the veggies are thoroughly cooked.
