    Ancient Grain Salad

    Ingredients: Farro (Emmer), Garbanzo beans (chickpeas), Pitted and chopped dates, Diced Carrots, Dried cranberries, Pickled beets,

    Dressing: Olive oil, Lemon juice, Maple syrup, Cumin, Cinnamon, Paprika, Cloves, Mint


    Cooking Instructions:

    1. Soak garbanzo beans overnight, then cook. Cook Farro(1:1 with water)

    2. Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
