African Veggie & Bean Stew

Ingredients: Pinto beans, Frozen Corn, Frozen Green Peas, Purple yam, Carrot, Kale, Peanut Butter, Vegetable Bullion, All Spice, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, black Pepper, Saffron, Paprika


Cooking Instructions:

  1. Soak pinto beans overnight, then cook.

  2. Boil water in a pot and dissolve the bullion.

  3. Add the purple yam and cook until soft.

  4. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and cook on slow heat for 10 minutes.
