Ingredients: Tomato, Kale, Tofu, Basil, Oregano, Olive Oil, Black Pepper, Sea Salt, Bay Leaf
Cooking Instructions:
Chop tomatoes and add them to a pot with boiling water. Cook for 15 minutes.
Scoop out half of the tomatoes and water, and blend. Then pour the mixture back into the pot. This will give you a nice broth.
Add the tofu, herbs, salt and olive oil and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
Add the kale and turn off the heat.
Serve and enjoy!
