Tomato & Kale Soup

Ingredients: Tomato, Kale, Tofu, Basil, Oregano, Olive Oil, Black Pepper, Sea Salt, Bay Leaf

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Chop tomatoes and add them to a pot with boiling water. Cook for 15 minutes.

  2. Scoop out half of the tomatoes and water, and blend. Then pour the mixture back into the pot. This will give you a nice broth.

  3. Add the tofu, herbs, salt and olive oil and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.

  4. Add the kale and turn off the heat.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
